She is laid-back and has an easy time connecting with others. Unlike the Recruiter of Storytelling who thrives off of building relationships, the Ambassador's superpower is her ability to enjoy where she is at rather than needing to become another version of herself. 
Her journey isn't typically an "overnight success", but a slow process of growth that can be accelerated if the Ambassador meets the right people who can push her grow.
